This morning Contracting PLUS welcomed the NRF to our office as we co-hosted Grainne Martin, Training Specialist, who outlined key behaviours and traits of “Superstar Billers” and advised on how to create tangible difference in billing levels and achieve consistency in monthly billing.
In her appreciation for the challenges facing recruiters at all levels in today’s environment, Grainne focused on specific ways to improve individual performances, increase billing frequency and get more from clients by building trusting relationships and exclusive talent pools that won’t succumb to counter offers. By building their personal brand, Grainne outlined that Super Star billers are relentless in their approach to business and candidate development and forensic in their planning.
Grainne is a specialist advisor to Recruitment and Sales organisations and with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the recruitment business from agency start up to refocusing an existing business, Grainne offers advice on drafting business plans, budget forecasts, revenue targets and devising commission plans. It was a pleasure to have met with her and the delegates in attendance this morning.
