Governance Initiatives

We are committed to operating our business with the highest ethical standards. This includes implementing robust governance practices, ensuring transparency, and engaging with stakeholders. We prioritise data privacy and security while adhering to all relevant regulations. We also focus on fair work practices and gender balance within our organisation with the aim of creating a safe and productive environment for our employees.

Domestic Violence Policy-making

We recognise that safety and support in the workplace go beyond the professional. That’s why we have developed a comprehensive Domestic Violence Policy, appointing trained employees within our organisation to serve as trusted points of contact. In partnership with Women’s Aid, these employees have received specialist training to support any employee affected by domestic abuse. This initiative ensures that those facing difficult personal circumstances know they’re not alone, and can access confidential support when they need it most.

Our Future PLUS Team

Sustainability isn’t a box-ticking exercise for us, it really is a long-term commitment that shapes how we work every day. That’s why we’ve formed Future PLUS, a dedicated sustainability team tasked with embedding environmentally and socially responsible practices into our operations and decision-making. From policy development to team awareness, they ensure sustainability remains front and centre, no matter how busy things get. This helps us stay consistent in our commitments.

Pension Schemes

We believe financial wellbeing is a crucial part of overall wellbeing. To support our team in building a secure financial future, we offer in-house pension schemes with matching contributions from Contracting PLUS. This approach helps our employees plan for the long term, while also reinforcing our commitment to supporting them not just in their current role, but well into the future.

Ireland’s Project Economy Report

We’ve long championed the value of independent professionals in Ireland’s economy. For the past five years, we’ve proudly partnered with Trinity College Dublin to publish the Ireland’s Project Economy report – the only dedicated study of self-employed professionals in Ireland and the contribution they make. This report has recently moved to a fully digital format, reflecting our drive to share knowledge in a more sustainable way. Our goal is to shine a spotlight on the evolving world of work, and to prompt real conversations among policymakers and stakeholders that lead to positive change for the self-employed community.
