Environmental Initiatives

Our focus is on building resilience to climate change through adaptation and mitigation strategies. This includes reducing our carbon footprint by actively monitoring and reporting emissions. We are committed to promoting responsible consumption within our supply chain and raising awareness about climate issues among employees and clients.

Toy Drive

In the spirit of giving and sustainability, we held a Toy Drive during the Christmas season, encouraging our team to donate high-quality pre-loved or new toys. These gifts were delivered to children in a local migrant centre, helping us reduce waste and extend the life of valuable items while bringing joy to families in need. It’s a small but meaningful way we combine care for people and the planet.

Tree Planting

We’ve partnered with TreeNation to give back to the environment in a lasting way. For significant moments in our contractors’ journeys such as signing up with us, celebrating anniversaries, or achieving personal goals, we plant a tree. This symbolic gesture helps us offset carbon emissions, support global reforestation efforts, contribute to global biodiversity and climate action as well as create a sense of shared responsibility for the environment. Every tree planted is a reminder that sustainable progress is built through collective, thoughtful actions.

Solar Panels

Our office in Mahe, India, now runs entirely on solar power – a major step in our transition to clean energy. Installing rooftop solar panels has significantly reduced our dependency on fossil fuels, cut emissions, and lowered operational costs. Beyond the environmental benefits, it’s also a visible commitment to sustainability in the region, helping promote the adoption of renewable energy solutions in the wider community. It’s a great example of how smart infrastructure can support both people and the planet.

Car Share

Sustainability is a team effort and our colleagues in India are proving just that. Through a voluntary car-sharing programme, our team members reduce their daily carbon footprint while making the daily commute more social and efficient. This simple but effective initiative lowers fuel use, eases traffic congestion, and develops a stronger sense of community among colleagues. It’s everyday actions like this that demonstrate how sustainability starts with small choices being made consistently.

Compost System in Cork

At our Cork office, we’ve taken a hands-on approach to reducing waste by introducing an in-house composting system. All food waste from our kitchens and break areas is now collected and converted into compost, which is used for planting and landscaping. This initiative supports our goal of reducing Scope 2 emissions, while turning waste into something positive and productive. It’s also helped raise awareness among our team about the impact of everyday habits, encouraging more sustainable behaviour in and out of the office.

Carbon Footprint Measuring

Real change starts with understanding and transparency. That’s why we’ve begun tracking our carbon footprint and setting clear, data-driven reduction goals. By identifying where our biggest impacts lie, we’re able to focus our efforts and introduce initiatives that directly contribute to lowering our emissions. From operational improvements to behavioural changes, every decision we make is informed by this insight, helping us stay on course and accountable in our journey toward a more sustainable future.
